Terms, delivery, privacy and cookies.

These terms apply to every order placed with Earthform Ltd, Company No. 16681894, of 414 Barking Road, London E13 8HJ, trading as Wild Charge.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no threshold.

A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable or the price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

A repeating order renews automatically every four weeks at the price shown when you started it, and continues until you cancel it. Your card is charged on the day each delivery is prepared, and we email you before it ships.

You can skip the next delivery, change the date, or cancel outright from your account at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and nobody to talk to first.

Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund a delivery already dispatched, which is covered by your cancellation rights below instead.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change on a repeating order, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Delivery is free on every order. Orders are tracked and usually arrive within two working days.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, and within 14 days of receiving the first delivery of a repeating order, without giving a reason. Tell us at hello@wildcharge.co.uk, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

Return postage is yours unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method you used.

Because Wild Charge is a sealed food supplement, cartons that have been opened cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for health protection and hygiene reasons, as permitted under Regulation 28(3)(b). This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a pack arrives damaged, photograph it, email us, and we will replace it.

Earthform Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

We collect what we need to fulfil your order: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

We process this data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations including tax and food safety record keeping, and, where you have opted in, to send you email about products and batches.

We keep order records for six years to meet HMRC requirements, and marketing consent until you withdraw it. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors who deliver the service: our payment provider, our fulfilment carrier and our email platform, each under contract and each restricted to those purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@wildcharge.co.uk to exercise any of these, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We set essential cookies that keep your basket and session working. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them. Nothing non-essential is set before you choose, and you can change your mind at any time.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site works with keyboard navigation and screen readers, honours reduced-motion preferences, and is built to remain usable at 200% zoom.
